53. Corean Canty Went From Extreme Burnout To Remembering to Live Fully As A Caretaker, Mom, And CEO
Corean Canty has over 20 years of corporate experience leading marketing strategy for some of the world’s largest brands. She managed teams of all sizes and across geographies and she coached leaders at every level.
After experiencing extreme burnout as a C-Suite executive who balanced a fast-paced workplace and her role as a single mom, she healed herself through various modalities including yoga, Ayurveda, positive psychology, and more.
Corean is also a caretaker for her mother, and it is through this experience she learned there is a “too late.”
Corean is now a leadership coach through her company, The Life Is Project. She is a TEDx speaker, TEDx speaker coach, and the Chief Experience Officer of Shift to Play, a company that uses play-based learning to help organizations make cultural changes.
She is also the host of the Remember to Live podcast where she shares powerful insights on living with purpose and embracing change.
Join me for this episode of the Age Has No Limit podcast as we discuss the ups and downs of being a caretaker, how her mother’s experience taught her to remember to live, her past life in the C-Suite, how extreme burnout helped her slow down, leadership, and the limitless possibilities of living with intention.
